1st florida chill tonight

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Thu Nov 13, 2003 10:36 pm

Our 1st "chill" of the season is expected tonight here in Central Florida. We are expecting to have lows between the mid 40's to low 50's.

Tomorrow night it may get down to 50 or just below it here. I'm a little apprehensive cause my apt complex has warned me once the heat comes on, the smoke alarm may go off lol..

Anyway.. we have our 1st chill coming :) lol

Bring back the heat :)

You won't have to wait very long ... in a few days, you'll be basking in the warmth yet again as that "dreaded" (for winter weather lovers) SE ridge builds back into FL to start next week ...

Amanzi - I too would be doing this if my November days were constantly 80+ degrees:

But happily, my weather for today (at least) feels more like this:

The cold air moved into Florida faster than normal. It feels freezing when temperatures don't gradually fall into the mid to up 40's after being in the upper 80's and 90's for so long during the summer.

Of course the one of the missing in your list SF was glen St, Mary where BB lives. Looks like they may not have gotten below 40 since almost no one else did though.
