There’s a good chance we get more wind here in Orlando from Nichole than we did from Ian. (Definitely won’t get anywhere near the rain of course) People around here don’t believe me, but it’s all about the angle of approach and proximity to the center even as a much weaker storm. It’s really starting to howl outside here now.

Yep, those of us here in Seminole & Orange counties are at least getting some healthy Tropical Storm force gusts for sure! Gonna be another yard clean-up day for sure

There's a correction in the comments that the sensor is actually 200ft. up, but still. Not super encouraging. I hope that everything makes it through just fine.

Still getting hammered here in Rockledge (Brevard County) have some damage to my screen patio. Somehow still have power but I’ve lost count how many times it has surged.
