Taking a mixture of satellite, buoy data and that microwave I'd say it is probably 75 knots. Certainly being gutted by the shear and will probably weaken to a very minimum cat1 or maybe tropical storm. Satellite estimates are 4.5t, buoy shown 963mb's but microwave looks to be mid to high in cat1...

I think the 85-90 knot estimate based mostly on that microwave is probably close to reality. The storm doesn't look like it on satellite but eye and eyewall structure is what is important.

Sentinel SAR pass at ~01Z supports that assessment.
