CMA now has Doksuri at Super typhoon level with winds of force level 17 at 58 m/s (209 kph) - with estimated central pressure at 925 hPa

The buoy recorded max 10-min sustained winds of 49 m/s (95kts), corresponding to 100kts in 1-min using a conversion factor of 1.05, but the actual intensity would be higher when considering the forward speed and anemometer height (which I assume is near the standard 10m).

My guess is that they simply weren't aware of the data. Chances are they'll revise it later or in post analysis.
