Is this the one the euro keeps chugging west pretty far south into the Caribbean sea?

Yes. This is the wave that goes all the way west in that model.

12z GFS develops as it nears the Lesser Antilles but turns to the north.

00z EPS... 2 camps, quick develop recurve or slow development farther W into E Caribbean. Being mid October I lean towards slower development.

The 12z CMC is very bullish and even more compared to the past 2 runs. However, GFS is very different in terms of the movement as it goes to the open Atlantic waters NE.

Well, this may be more serious for the islands if Euro is right. It has a large high pressure to the north.

This year the mode biases have been different… GfS has been taking systems too far south . This time we’re seeing the normal bias- GfS to the north and euro to the south … if the euro , cmc , and icon turn out to be right - that kind of track and intensity for this time of the year is eye opening !!

If the Euro-Ensembles keeps going like this or get a stronger signal, I would not be surprised to see sub-900 members again like Lee
