Sean ain't looking too good. It almost looks like the LLC is outpacing the convection?

That's common in sheared storms, like Gert and Philippe.

Sean seems to have developed the typical 2023 Atlantic storm characteristic of hanging together and strengthening under nasty shear. :lol:

Man we have had a lot of storms this year that have struggled with shear but have been absolute fighters lol. Never got very strong but also lasted longer than expected oftentimes having a time of death called on multiple occasions only to be resuscitated. :lol:

I wonder if the very warm SSTs have something to do with that, so there has been a competing influence from dynamic and thermodynamic factors.
