If they call it a tropical cyclone, it'd probably just be TD One. Subjective Dvorak doesn't seem to think it's at TS strength.

I bet this'll be upgraded to at least a subtropical storm later on, just like what happened last January.

I wouldn't count on it, last year's January storm was a full blown subtropical cyclone that was close to achieving hurricane status, this thing wasn't even close to that.
