There I said it. :)

I can relate to this. Maybe a reason for it, in a good way.

There is an elastic band around our remote control (in the living room)... my father is "famous for" dropping the thing on the hardwood floor, [we have had for just over a year].

Eric, my father his pair of sneakers and/or slippers in the front room, which is the living room of our house. Very nerve racking.

One matter I WILL relate is coppertop's latest linguistic nightmare of ending every sentence with "Sweet, yo!"... (Hoping he will 'grow out of it')

Bill!!! Nina's pat teen phrase is "Special!". You're telling her something serious or really trying to talk to her and she goes off with her flippant response - special. She gets quite silly and goofy at times, I call it the "slumber party mood" and once she's in that mode, forget it. There's no getting a serious response or answer out of her. LOL At least she's not yelling out cuss words huh? Could be worse.....

Her best friend's mom says all the time - "Well, for Gosh Sakes!" so now Katie says that ALL the time Nina tells me. Now I've been that saying at times that seem appropriate, then Nina goes off on her very best Katie impression - no Mom you got it all wrong.....and we both practice saying For Gosh Sakes. You have to use a whiny voice Nina tells me..... If Katie's mom only knew we're all doing that over here!!!!

Ice trays and beer lids....grrrrrrrr

Husband never fills the ice trays and never throws beer lids in the garbage, they are always just sitting there on the counter.... looking at me... waiting for me to throw them out. OO one more thing, my husband taps on the walls, he will be lying on the couch watching TV, and he will tap his knuckle on the wall..... drives me insane.

I too fold laundry, iron it and umm it hangs out in the basket for a few days before making it to the closets. I know my bedside table is a clutter magnet and it drives hubby nuts (I love reading so thats where all my books hang out) I have a bad habit of leaving half empty glasses of water next to my bed to... just getting him back for the beer lids ;)
