I don't believe so. I pretty much want to gain as much as I can. 100 to 105 pounds is obviously way underweight for being five foot, eleven inches tall.

Tom - Yes, that is very underweight for your height. I am also 5'11" and I think the healthy weight is 170-180 or so (don't take my word on it though ;) ).

Well I forgot to weigh in again this morning, have to do it tomorrow...

Yes, Josh, 170-180 is "normal" for that height, or at least close. I would love to get back to that, but I would settle for 190-200. It also depends on your build.

weight in today,weight still the same, but am losing inches.still off the (cola) and butter,no cream in coffee.I am up to two miles a day on treadmill.Trying hard to stay with foods that are not starchy.I miss my bread,potatoes,wah wah!!!

I haven't lost anything, but I haven't really gained any either. I have been the same weight for quite a while. I am just too darn lazy to excercise.

I just weighed in, right under 250. :cry: Tomorrow I'm going for a nice bike ride. :) The gain probably isn't 100% bad as I was more active within the past 10 days. :)

I've been baaaaad these last few days not excercising, still keeping away from fast foods& other foods I know are not good for the heart,& hips.Will go to gym tomorrow or at least GET ON THE treadmill!! How is eveyone else doing?? YOU BAD TOO JOSH!!!!!!!!!
