I picked off the Southeast coast because there is an area of disturbed weather south of Bermuda with decent 850mb vorticity. Unfortunately, there is some horrific wind shear in the area.

Voted for Western Caribbean. Just a guess though. No reasoning behind it except for it often being a hotspot.

This poll has closed for voting with the In MDR between Lesser Antilles and 40W option getting the most votes although it is close with other options. We will see in real time where Debby forms.
