This is what I am thinking for Fall 2024

For the first half of fall, from now to October. We would start off on the warmer side, and we will see storms, some of them are influenced by hurricanes.

In the 2nd half from Mid October to the last day of November, it will start to cool down more often with more frontal action. With less influence from hurricanes.

This is what I am thinking for Fall 2024

The sunrise and sunset times will change as the days get shorter, indicating the gradual transition from summer to winter. As a result, the summer season will gradually come to an end.

This post is based on fact and I'm sticking to it!

Got another 2 inches of rain here in Houston today. The weather has been so nice lately...not hot with rain often! After a beautiful Fall like weekend, looks like wetter conditions will likely return next week. Bring it on!

Yeah, the summer here in Houston really hasn't been that bad save Beryl and a few really hot weeks. Obviously, the heat is to be expected, Beryl not so much. Early cold fronts and signs and of a nice Fall. Let's hope it can continue!

Front is definitely blowing through. Strong north wind and it looks like it might rain where I am at in Coppell.

Starting to feel like fall here

Meanwhile the tropics may have a surprise still from that thing offshore of Texas. Quite a few tracks around Houston

Summer's for hibernation, Winter’s my vacation

Don't use my posts as forecast, I'm a complete meteorology noob! I just like cold weather, alright?

All observations I post are for Temple, Texas unless otherwise stated.

Fall is my favorite season weather wise. Temps and humidity levels are generally comfortable. Don’t care for winter unless we get a winter storm outta it if I’m being honest.

I personally don’t like cold temps at all. Stings like a mfer and can get me sick. However, if a historic Artic outbreak is possible, I’m gonna get crazy excited and root for it to happen because I’m just a huge fan of weather extremes lol

Yeah i have to be honest I'm still not over last winter and how we couldn't get more than an inch of snow up here :spam:

We did go below zero though that stretch in January was historic cold. The rest of it was a dumpster fire. Like I never imagined after that we wouldn't get anything else

And for the second year in a row everyone around us got more snow yeah I was done

Like I really thought our winters were better than that

You’ve pretty much been getting the crap end of the stick ever since you moved from home regarding winter weather.

I mean if there's any good news it pretty much has to flip this year because I've never found us to have three winters that bad in a row

What a beautiful weekend it's been...spend my most time outdoors since April or May and enjoyed it.

Unfortunately it won't be lasting much longer but at least we're done with the 100s for the year.
