Location For a Rain Gauge
What is the best location for a rain gauge can ppl give me ideas please?

I can give you a few... 
You don't want it near any objects such as trees, bushes, etc. because drips from them might inflate the readings. Also place it out in the open (kind of the same as the first reason). In addition, make sure that it won't fall over when the surrounding ground becomes soaked by rainfall (like mine did once
).
