What do you think of the spinning rims on the vehicles (The kind they spin when the car is stopped)?

They're absolutely great for my wheels!

Some people just have a need to draw attention to themselves.

Jacki.... those type of lights are outlawed here in MS. I think those lights are neat on those little low rider cars.

Spinning Rims...they make me dizzy! They also mess with my mind when I'm stopped next to a car that has them...I have to keep my brakes pushed down all the way...they make me feel like I'm still moving!

The only people who should have the spinning rims are the JAmes Bond Type who need to blow out someone else's tires. They can have spinning knife rims.

LOL, the lights aren't illegal in Iowa as long as the bulbs are covered, they are illegal in Illinois however! I just think they are neat, and my car sits low to the ground so they would look real good :D
