Looking for a link
And this is the BEST place I know of to find it
2 computers ago, I used to have a sattelite image link that was clickable so you could zoom in on the cloud cover over one's specific location. It was so good, that early AM or late day images actually showed the shadows from the clouds. I used to use it to know which direction to go, either for work, or to go fishing. Does anyone know of the link I refer to? If so, I'll consider it your Christmas present to me *snicker*. Hope that everone who comes across this post has a memorable and special Thanksgiving.... Tom

Ho ho ho???

I'd also recommend anyone interested to download GhccSat software (FREE!). Set it up for your favorite target areas and it does the rest...includes auto updating of msfc.nasa.gov images on the web. Very cool...I use it every day

hope it helps.
