Main link redirect issue

Some recent friends who signed up made me aware of this, but it seems the main link (https://www.storm2k.org/) redirects to a wrong page (it's redirecting us here - https://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/viewforum.php?f=59). Most of us seasoned users know to just click active topics, but they clicked Tropical Analysis, which is a broken link:


I believe the correct redirect should be here (https://www.storm2k.org/phpbb2/index.php)?
