I'll go ahead and throw my hat in the ring:

NS: 16
HU: 8
MH: 4
ACE: 140

I think the ceiling is a little lower this year IMO due to a less favorable SST config primarily by the way of the MDR not being record levels of warm this time around, but by the looks of it ENSO should cooperate, with (cool) neutral favored, so that's a positive for the basin.

(please make preliminary)

The graphic is for cumulitive intensity. Took them out and reintroduced them to the spread sheet list and was the same result. USTropics who is the graphic from can explain it better than me.

Forgot this existed

20/8/5 prelim, ACE will be around 200

Reason: El Niño Costero sounds familiar to be like the one in 2017, doesn't it?

Winter 2020-2021 :cold:

All observations are in Tecumseh, OK unless otherwise noted.

Winter posts are focused mainly for Oklahoma & Texas.

Take any of my forecasts with a grain of salt, refer to the NWS, SPC, and NHC for official information

Never say Never with weather! Because ANYTHING is possible!

I know that many members are waiting to see what will CSU have on their first forecast for the 2025 season that comes out on April 3rd. However, there is no waiting in this poll because you can post a set of numbers as preliminary numbers and then change them later to final ones. Even thou that is happening now, I am satisfied with the participation so far (33) as of this post because of being so early when the poll started. (march 9th)
