Ahhhh, gal, we're off in the office on Thursday-Sunday, but,
I just got home at 7pm, and, I can tell that it is gonna be the
NORM for Tuesday and Wednesday, so, ya'll don't expect me
on at my usual time - more like 8:00pm-ish! :P

LOL, no prob!!

You're coming in and an hour later I am leaving for the daily grind!!! Just found out last night that my next day off isn't until next Monday.....and even worse, I have to COOK Thanksgiving night for all the people on my shift, by myself!! Can we say AHHHHH!!!!! :eek:

have to bake one of the THREE turkey breasts
for our gang (*we cook turkey breasts and
separate pans of dressing)....I almost panicked! :lol:

Naw, my cooking list is easy!! Fried chicken, and the salads and trimmings will already be ready for me!!! We could do turkeys in the rotisserie oven, but I think we're just gonna stick with the chicken....at least as of last night!! LOL, then when I finally get all that cleaned up, I have to prepare meat and cheese trays up the wazoo for the breakroom on the day after!! :lol: Fun fun!
