I for one will be hoping that forecast high of 88 for next Tuesday verifies and then some.

Had our second 100 degree day here. How rude  it's really been a great summer though. Not many better than this

But yeah next week.. still possibly multiple days below 80 :double:

TWC has no 90s after that through Labor Day and by then it's September

Never lost power from a non-severe storm before, luckily it was quick.

Lost some tree branches in the front and back yard. I was in the back yard and the sky lit up teal about 10 times with power flashes near Basswood and Beach street area.

Just picked up over 1 inch of rain this morning from a strong thunderstorm. It’s been a wet August here.

Lucky. No rain here but man next week looks amazing. It's entirely possible we may stay in the 70s for days  nearly every morning is in the 60s coming up too. Summer is in its final days

It's not Fall until Starbucks drops the PSL!

No rain here but the clouds and cool breeze sure are nice. Beats the hell out of yesterday.

Geez up to 2 inches with more rain around. This was an impressive amount of rain all around Tarrant this morning.

This was not forecast was it? Maybe I missed something, but I thought last night was our chance of rain with the popup stuff. That came in later than expected, almost 10 p.m.

Then this downpour this morning that lined up across much of the metro.

The GFS shows Highs in the upper 50’s to low 60’s next Wednesday.Due to a decent front for this time of year along with widespread showers. LOL. Looks like Fall is arriving right on queue.

Will be interesting to see temps verify. Those with rain will for sure at least be 60s/70s for highs. Hint of Fall!

Weird how the NWS still acts like it will be 97 today in DFW. Come on.

It will warm up, but the idea that it will warm up that much seems silly. Maybe 88-90.
