AN AREA OF CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS CONTINUES OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN
CARIBBEAN SEA. TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT LIKELY.

TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH TUESDAY.

THIS IS THE LAST DAY OF THE 2003 ATLANTIC BASIN HURRICANE SEASON AND
THIS IS THE LAST TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK TO BE ISSUED BY THE
NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER UNTIL JUNE 1 2004.

Well the season ended officially but will there be a bonus system forming? Well chances are going down from sunday where it looked more promising as the models were very bullish but many haved backed down a tad but let's keep watching it.
