Mary

I understand, didn't think you really were. :)

I take a Centrum vitamin with dinner every night (early afternoon, Sunday... because I eat the main meal then), unless I forget for one reason or another, such as going out to eat and not taking it when I get home. I have taken it with a dessert during the evening.

My last "real cold" I had was probably my senior year in high school in 1996. Come to think of it... I may of been sick between 1997 and mid 2000, but certainly more (by a couple times) so than between mid 2000 and 2003.

Having no place to go keeps me "sick-free" without having contact with people.

I have not been sick (knock on wood) since back in June when I had a nasty 48 hour virus. But I am sure my next cold/sickness is just around the corner.

The Flu has been really bad here in the D/FW area, I know so many people that has already had it or has it now...

Strain - A flu is a real MF..... :grrr: those who got it said it lasted for 3 to 5 days. with high fever, chills, hot flashes, and all the body pains that you can have.

Take lots of vitamins and drink hot tea
