The big problem is that this disturbance is stationary and has persisted and except for early this morning, continues to look well organized. In fact, it looks like the start of category 4 Hurricane Michelle. No, this is no Michelle. However with a potential anticyclone forming over it, I would say this has Odette potential. As a matter of fact, this looks better than any SW Caribbean disturbance in all of 2003.
