East Coast STORM!!

im confused, local mets are saying Heavy Rain friday, mix saturday, and rain/snow of sunday for Richmond, VA, however i have heard some factors will affect the rain and snow line, is this true along with the predicted forecast (locals mets are 80% of the time wrong) i really want to know what im in for, thanks

Right now, I would say your area should get some rain, some mixed precip, and maybe a little snow at the end.
