I voted 4 to 6 inches for Richmond. It'll probably happen near the end of the event. If the cold high stands its ground, and the storm slows down........then six inches in Richmond could well be the low end of the accumulation range.

Time will tell. Models are sure no help, they're all over the place.

But it's really cold, colder than it was supposed to be here. Forecasted temps for yesterday was 44, high was 39. Forecasted low, 27, actual low 25. Forecasted high today, 40, only reached 35. Sure this is in N VA, but Richmond suburbs are in the low 30s with DPs ranging in the upper single numbers/low teens.

Like I've been saying all along.........Something's up with this system......

I don't believe RIC gets close to 6" SN combined.

I am with you Scott. 1-2 inches of snow, but icing may be an issue in Richmond.
