Judgement time for PHI

Band moving into the area, its either sleet/rain or BIG flakes...and heavy snow...We'll see. Still light snow here cause we're in a lul...2-3 inches i guess

Snow started about a half an hour ago...just got out of school...about a dusting already...starting to really come down now ;)

HVY SNOW right now...heaviest I've seen, maybe heavier than i got all during the P-day storm lol...
