The latest infrared imagery showed a slight weakening, and now it looks like she is about to let out another burst of deep convection.

Don't forget that those IR images don't necessarily mean that it is weakening based on color symbolism.
But if you check out the visible image, you can see some clear disorganization beginning to take place.
