Members to a message board should want to have a pleasant interaction with fellow members.
What is so "good" about "edginess"??

Because it's BORING. That's not how people work. And the only reason it exists here is because it is strictly enforced.

Being pleasant is boring? A message board that has bitter people discussing weather and other (off topic) issues is more boring; would tend to turn people off.

Well i can say most of the others from wwbb has behaved well......(DT, HkyWX, 53, MrBob, Ji, larry, RaleighWX to name a few)..........Mainly because its the better posters from there who do know thier stuff unlike weenies such as Widreman who just hang around to cause problems (Troll) and have zero to add to the weather discussions such as just was seen....................One day these weenies like him/ChicagoWxIdiot/GreatlessOne etc will figure out that everyone is on to thier stupid games and bs they try to pull on these message boards................Thankfully we have!!!!!

Yep stormraiser you have and i think they are great and help bring out more info and better results in the end just so long as it dont go to out right stupidness where someone is arguing with another who knows nothing about what they are talking about such as the old greatlessOne and that Chicagowxidiot person...................Heck if you have to in the circumstances i just pointed out then flame away at the idiot trying to pass along info they know little about (false info)...............People like that do need to be exposed.
Just remember though there is those who dont know much who are trying to learn something here who will ask questions who mean well so try not to flame them as we all are still learning from eachother....................

First of all, it's Widremann ... no L in the name, never will be ...

Widremann DOES know a little more about weather than I'm seeing people post on here. But again, where the problems arise is the fact that he'll ALWAYS speak his mind and is very firm in his beliefs, not to mention very straight-forward and doesn't pull back punches, so to speak ... which was too much for this board's policies ...

... and that's just my 0.02¢.

Problem is SF and you know it is the way he conducts himself and the BS he spews. THAT you said yourself at WWBB when he pulled the exact same thing over there and not to mention TWC...............Perhaps i dont get the chance enough to read some of his weather thoughts (Very few if any i have seen from him)because of all the BS he post which is why i replied the way i did......................Perhaps we need a clarification as well of this boards policies????????????

All i know is that S H I T like that your right we dont tolerate but on the other hand if someone can dam well back up thier facts flamming someones @ss who ask for it then i dont see where that crosses this boards policies...................Like i said maybe i need a little more clarification on this issue. But i dont see no problems with the way i think the rules are set up if im correct on what i said above..............If on the other hand someone cant be flamed for posting BS on here then that i would have a slight problem with. Same applies with heated debates..............I see no problem with them even using some profanity sparingly in heated debates and such because in some cases its the only way to get the point across and anyways most of us here are 18yrs+! Yea i dont want a wwbb here either but i wanna be able to state my case and everyone else to as well even if it does turn heated...........Just dont wanna see crap like widreman just pulled and has pulled many of times before...........That we dont need!!!!!! BTW I think we have a great group of knowlegable posters here as well and i will put them up against WWBB on any given day or night...................
