I think the Pocono Mountains will get over 6" of snow, possibly over a foot of snow. And the Lehigh Valley will probably receive 6" (and maybe more) of snow as well. So I think your forecast is a little too warm and dry. It currently appears this storm will be taking a track far enough east and will have enough strength to bring higher snow/ice amounts that you are forecasting.

Maybe the Lehigh Valley, but definately not the Poconos. The Lehigh Valley and Poconos shouldn't be used in the same sentence, they have totally different climo zones. I'd be surprised if Lehigh/ Berks mixes for a period of two hours or so, more snow than ip there. Bucks/ Montgomery is where most of the mixing icing will be.
