Now let's kill OSAMA BIN LADEN and the #2 of Al-Qaeda

#1 Postby cycloneye » Sun Dec 14, 2003 1:22 pm

After Saddam's capture now the US has to make all the efforts to kill Osama Bin Laden who still is on the run. This operation will be more difficult because he has many bodyguards and he moves around a lot but eventually the mastermind of 9/11 will be caught as a tip may come to the US forces in Afganistan and Yes I still believe he is still in that country but in the border with Pakistan. If we can get Osama then it will be the consagratory moment for Bush to be reelected by a landslide. And let's not forget the #2 guy of Al-Qaeda who is very dangerous.

You can bet that a lot of the Special Ops folks will now turn their attention back to Osama. It's only a matter of time until we corner him as well. :-)

Yes John he got a big boost with this but he will get an extrordinary one if Osama is caught because for the american people he is the one who ordered the attacks on 9/11 .

And what a day that will be!! While Sadaam's capture is off the charts in the making of history, Osama is PERSONAL for Americans!!

Well.. originally I heard all troops were going to be swaped? "Fresh troops", I say take half the population of US Troops out of there now that all we have to keep Iraq "safe", and not look for Saddam. After that, give the half that left Iraq to Afghanastan and look for him.

They won't take OBL alive. Last rumor I heard was he is in Iran. He is just toying with our military right now. There is plenty of places to hide and people to protect him over there. I have a feeling when he goes it will be on American soil. Any terror attack here would most likely negate the capture of Sadam. Bush's approval will go up maybe 10 points and the Dow might hit 10,200 by the end of the week. This is all too far away from the election to matter at this point.

In this case Osama has to be killed distint from Saddam because Bin Laden is a human being without a country as he has moved around the world in the past few years. Also he has to be killed because he does not have mercy for the US as in the videos recently he laughs about the attacks of 9/11 and I remember well that video after 9/11 where he gloated about it. :grrr: :grrr: :grrr: :grrr: :grrr:

Yes, Bin Laden will be a tougher nut to crack but also his number 2 man is just as dangerous if not more dangerous then Bin Laden and should be a top priority as well:):)

Yes agree that #2 is very dangerous but at least we have #3 in custody and he has talked a bit so let's see what happens if we can get the biggest prize of all #1 and a bonus the #2 guy at Al-Qaeda.

bin Laden HAS to be adept at hiding; how easy would it be to identify a 6'5" Arab with a portable dialysis machine?

And I agree with that assessment...Al Qaida's No. 2 man HAS to be eliminated, as he's far more dangerous than even Osama, who at this point is a "figurehead". :grrr: Wish I could remember that snake's name... :?:

Ah, yessss...Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri, the Egyptian dentist! This guy once left his practice in Egypt for a weekend, went to Lebanon and personally killed some operative who "blew" the job he was supposed to do, THEN returned to his patients as if nothing happened. A cold one, this...well before coming together with bin Laden.

I wonder what hole, cave or other improvised accomodation we may find HIM in?
