TSR out of UK says 2004 to be above normal

Don't know if you all saw this- maybe you did, but TSR (Tropical Storm Risk) out of the UK predicts the '04 hurricane season to be similar to the '03 season.

Good thing about this group is that we can expect MONTHLY updates to their forecast. Neat. Just keeps all us junkies hanging on through these cold months.....

The monthly updates is great! As you say at least it will give us something to chew on!
