I was part of the mass exodus from GoPBI when they changed the format in early September.

The weather channel board when I was looking for you King.

A few told me where you were and what happened on that board.

I was furious when I heard.

I was e-mailed about Storm2K during an occasion when WWBB was down.

I was under the influence while logged in on WW. Next thing I knew there were all these avatars flashing and smile faces showing up in posts.

Crazy chit as one minute I am reading HM's thread listening to the Doors and then I snap out of it to find I am in a thread title "WWBBer's post here".

The only thing I can think of is that last bowl might have been tampered with by S2K admin?

Mind Control. That is my answer. Yup. Mind Control.

That explains the Queensryche issue too. You see I went from LA Woman to SILENT LUCIDITY.

These words have been stuck in my head ever since that day:

If you open your mind for me
You won't rely on open eyes to see
The walls you built within
Come tumbling down, and a new world will begin

Wow this thread has been good therapy for me! Thanks

I was a part of the mass-banning over at TWC. Actually, I wasn't banned until after I joined here, but I was a "fugitive" if you will. I believe that it was Chad that e-mailed me an invite to S2K after I had read about it at TWC. I was totally stunned by the way the original members were treated at TWC, but now I moved into a better neighborhood! :D

Couldn't have said it better myself Stephanie. This is a better neighborhood! "Moving on UP....."!!!

Eric/Skywatch_NC kept telling how nice Storm2K was/is. Finally I took him up on the link he sent me. And I've never once regretted my move to Storm2K. I don't even mind that Ban TWC imposed upon me. Honest! Occasionally I'd like to pop my head in at their boards, just to see what's up, but then again, I know I'm not missing much.

Miss Mary - I thought of "The Jefferson's" theme song when I was typing that "We're moving on up..."

On the Internet, at http://www.storm2k.org.

Nah, I also hang at WWBB. That's where I found out about it. I think it was SF.

TWC. I can be considered lucky to have seen a post on Storm2k (with a link), before TWC's administration deleted it!

This is definitely a more active board than TWC, and it seems like more mature people hang around here.

I am glad I found this board! :D
