Models all over the place, forecasters same, to me I think it will finish up with the last 10 days just about normal, below today, low 50's Mon and Tues, 50 Wed, mid 40's Cmas day, and low to mid 40's the rest of the way. DCA end up with final departure of -2.0 to -2.5, a very cold month.
It is so odd that a form of addiction has developed at WWBB. I can understand being a weather board addict but it is almost like being hooked on the girl that always lets you down and leaves, comes back, says she will try to do better, cheats, and leaves again and the whole cycle repeats itself. I did my part to get people to this reliable site but they are hooked elsewhere. This winter site has only had about 20 visits in the last 3 hours, WWBB would have had over 100, but those people could just as easily be here. I do not buy the "be patient, they are trying to fix it"; they have tried to fix it a half dozen times and they either cannot or just do not. The comments that Storm2k is too sugary or sweet does not deserve merit; this is a fine site, it is underpopulated, and it WORKS!

It is working for me, just try coming in via an old thread, or a page in your history. WWBB is exactly as you describe!

I agree, this is an awesome site, I was originally the 52nd member here, and it awesome to see how it grows. And nobody is really posting on ONE site...some people at Eastern US Weather, some are at the old WWBB board, and some are here.
But yet MT, HM, and the pros don't seem to go anywhere once WWBB is down.

Agree 100% 53, on the remainder of the month and WWBB...Everyone knows about this board besically so i dont knopw why they dont flock over here wen WW is down...I always come here as my secondary, and i visit anyways just to see if anything different is being talked about. Its a good board, and dependable, NEVER DOWN! AND NO FLAMING!...which actually might be part of the reason why not too many WWBB paople are over here, because they prolly got banned. But anyways, I agree on your outlook for the remainder. A very cold month indeed, its a shame we coudnt squeeze out more snow with al these storm chances, but hell im not complaining one bit. Merry Christmas by the way.

We really do NOT do much banning.. Only had to ban a few.. But people listen to people like widremann (one of the ones who have been banned) say things like we Ban EVERYONE and for NOTHING (not true, lol) and BTW.... We were considering allowing widremann back a few short weeks ago, but then he snuck in here and started bashing us yet again and starting a rucus.. Obviously we dont like banning people.. It takes away from the board.. Only happens when it NEEDS to.

Storm2k is fledgling in regards to Winter Weather, since it just started with this forum a couple of months ago, but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day. It took awhile for the board to grow, but it did, and once the Tropical Atlantic Season got into swing, this board was by far, the busiest. Storm2k has growing ten-fold since I join here this past February (I think I'm the 101st member), and now S2k has 1360 members (this is after clearing off the members with 0 posts and the email addy no longer being valid. I think the total was something like close to 1600 before the cleansing).
But quantity is not the only thing. Sometimes I don't miss seeing 10 threads started for the same model run. Storm2k and WWBB are the only two boards IMHO to get good quality information from.

Well lets see Matt.........For starters it seems that all the talk is the same yea granted not as much here. However pretty much the same info can be found at both sites. Tell me it cant!!!!!!!!!!

Yea we may not have half the threads which sorry to say half the ones at wwbb arent exactly weather related such as that now deleted Ji thread about DT and such which for myself i dont care to read that kind of crap anyways. I know what DT can do as do most others which is why that imo wasnt needed. Either way when it comes to weather related stuff im sorry but your dead wrong because you can get the same info here or at wwbb....................
I will post there and i will post here. Nothing is gonna change that however your comment i felt needed a good response which i think i have done!

WWBB has more detail and quantity/quality.
HOWEVER, this board does have some good forecasts, don't get me wrong, but WWBB is superior to S2K in the forecasting department.
It does have some junk which I oppose however, and that is why I come and post here as well!
It has a little less info, but has less bashing and nonsense as well!
