This site lists all the links to world-wide meteorological centers, ie NOAA. It's from the Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) in Germany. Enjoy!

no problem... I used this site a lot back when I forecasted for Europe. As a matter of fact, this site came into good used when I was researching data for TC Debbie near Australia.
