please don't yell at me or ban me for this but its the truth:

there are some wx posts here that are informatitive, but many are either copies of WWBB ones or less detailed ones.

WWBB has more detail and quantity/quality.

HOWEVER, this board does have some good forecasts, don't get me wrong, but WWBB is superior to S2K in the forecasting department.

It does have some junk which I oppose however, and that is why I come and post here as well!

It has a little less info, but has less bashing and nonsense as well!

Well you come on here with a statement like he made you had better well back it up or get the kind of reply i gave him. he knew exactly what he was doing when he made those comments. Do you not expect me to reply to that when i am a forecaster for this site???? I dont think so.

He was wrong in saying what he did which he has done before on other countless occasions so i felt he needed a fitting reply. I am very sorry if i offend anyone but what can one expect when these kids keep rolling in from over there saying crap like he just did saying wwbb forecasting blows us away. I do take high offense to that. But unlike others i will forget about it and move on. Hopefully after he sees this he will think before he spews crap out like that again which he knows was completely wrong!!!!!!!!

Like i said i am sorry but i am human and can only tolerate so much of this BS it gets very old after awhile.

And no normally you dont and wont see this sort of thing (Flaming) on here but in cases like this im sorry but i feel its needed these kids know no other language imo...... Sorry everyone.

Does not look all sugar and spice, as has been falsely advertised, right now. WWBB has some real top 10 weather people but it also panders to outright misfits and I think the latter could easily be disposed of while not one iota diminishing the former.

That i will agree with weather53. And you nailed it right on the head about what they pander too. I know they have some great mets over there. IMHO all the sites needs to clean house with these kids/trolls who like to start crap like this. But thats my opinion.

Either way you can get the same great info on both sites! Yea we have no MT or HM but i think we have a great mix of pros and amatures alike here such as SF, DT, Don, upslope, Valkorn, RNS etc. Thats just to name a few.

It is really quite simple....There are not enough posts here.....It is simply quantity....WWBB is much better for instant gratification...The quality here is fine, but the quantity frankly sucks......Matt

Yea we may not have half the threads which sorry to say half the ones at wwbb arent exactly weather related such as that now deleted Ji thread about DT and such which for myself i dont care to read that kind of crap anyways. I know what DT can do as do most others which is why that imo wasnt needed. Either way when it comes to weather related stuff im sorry but your dead wrong because you can get the same info here or at wwbb....................

Yes....good quality posters over here...no disagreement...thats why I will read both...just like yourself....However, if I had to take one at this point it would be WWBB, because the quantity is much higher....hopefully that will change with time....Also, HM, MT and several others simply do not post over here......I am surprised you continue to bash a board that you frequent and post at so often....And I would guess the reason is that there is nobody responding to your posts here for long stretches of time, which can be disheartening.....anyway, they are a nice complement to each other, and I will continue to read both...Matt

Of the posters you mentioned above, RNS is the only one who posts here exclusively(and not much lately)..the others do both, and at least one(DT), does WWBB a lot more than S2K....Matt

I havent bashed wwbb. Sorry if you took it that way. And yes i do highly respect HM and MT alot and nor do i expect them over here thats on them thier loss IMHO but oh well. Thanks for the kind remarks as well btw. Im not one to boast on myself and i wont either. Anyways i usually do get alot of responses to my post here. wwbb mostly i just reply to some threads there. But thanks for the reply back i do hope to see you here more often as im sure you will see me at both places.

I will always find it extremely odd how being "a sugar coated site" is such a problem. Storm2K members really enjoy being welcomed and I have read and corresponded with some interesting issues, both weather non-weather related in a civil manner.

It isn't (always) easy to make quality posts when words can't come together to discuss a particular issue on any subject.
