I voted for dinner, since it is my favorite meal. I like trying new recipes. But my most important meal is breakfast, can't do without an English Muffin, bagel, banana or yogurt. I've had to fast quite a number of times or go on a liquid diet, that's when you really miss eating breakfast!

I like the most breakfast because when you have a good one then the rest of the day will be fine for you.

I have every morning a good breakfast eggs, cereals, toast, pancakes, bacon, orange juice.

We try to have a family dinner every night. Sometimes it's late, due to all of everyone's activities, but we all do sit down together at the table every evening.

My favorite meal is dinner...I like eating in more so than eating out...usually.

Like Mary, I love yogurt, too, and start every day with one! :) My top favorites are those "Creme Saver" brands...Orange, Strawberry or Raspberry! I've heard that the active yogurt cultures can actually help one to ward off a cold bug...so guys and gals if you aren't allergic to yogurt...well, it's really a great healthy food! :D I haven't had a cold since having eaten yogurt on a daily basis since my being diagnosed with low blood sugar in February 2001! :)

Eric :)

I don't usually eat breakfast or lunch so this is an easy one.

Mine's breakfast too. I can eat what you have every morning Luis at anytime of the day! However, if I ate that everyday, I'd be about 250 lbs! LOL!

Heart - that is a very important thing to do every evening, though it is hard with everyone's schedules so busy!

I've never been a big yogurt fan until Dannon came out with their 'Light" series several years ago. It's like eating a custard with no aftertaste. Now they have "Light & Fit" and Light & Fit & Creamy" which are awsome. My favorite flavors are Strawberry and Raspberry.

I never eat breakfast unless I'm on the road somewhere. Lunch is usually quick and easy, and dinner is made to last so you can have leftovers the next day!

Never eat breakfast, lunch comes out of a vending machine at work, so I definitely had to go for dinner!

I miss breakfast and lunch most days, I have a very small appetite and normaly have to save my hunger for dinner. I also try to make sure everyone is at the dinner table each evening, and very rarely buy take out. Nothing better than sitting down with family to a home cooked meal.

Yeah, I have heard that since I was little, but unless I wake up starving, I just can't eat in the morning!

I voted for Breakfast, in the sense that while I normally only grab a bagel, fruit cup, or yogurt in the morning (my fav. is Hiland), I love breakfast food items at any meal.

I've had eggs, toast and bacon for lunch/dinner meals, too! :D

Some folks down here give me a funny look when they ask what I had for my midday or evening repast regarding "breakfast" items! lol

When I was growing up we'd occasionally have a breakfast meal for dinner. I just thought other families did that! Maybe they do, maybe they don't. I just think my mom was tired of trying to come up with yet another dinner we'd all eat. Bacon/eggs/pancakes pleased everyone! Nowadays I rarely have a full breakfast. Like Sky said, yogurt is my main breakfast food. Don't really like it but I need it (wards off future colon cancer for me). And turns out it's a very healthy food. Sometimes I add honey to vanilla yogurt, that's not a bad combo.

I like dry cereal in a cup sometimes to snack on. My brothers and I did that all the time growing up and I guess I haven't quit doing that.

Good thread!

Since I can only eat once a day, the choices are a moot point.

I like dinner, because it's the only meal that I don't have to
eat like I'm running a race!
