I'd want to start an all-inclusive "preparedness"/security business, complete with training in all aspects (first aid, NBC threat kits/supplies, H2H/weapons training, exit strategy, what-have-you)...with a certified staff for your complete satisfaction and survival. :larrow:

Mine would be a sports clothing store..

T shirts and jerseys of every team. Lots of other good stuff. I'd even include the WNBA and the now denfunct WUSA

I just love going to the mall and seeing all the jerseys hanging. It makes me want them every time lol

Mine would be to become an ISP (Internet Service Provider) for hosting and designing websites.

I would open an indoor shooting range. Gun rental, sales, safety/CCW classes. The only range here is in the national forest and it's a good drive for many. I even know the vacant building to put it in.

I would start my own local news station here in SW Missouri that could actually afford to hire talent. Oh wait... I would probably need more than 100,000 dollars. How about we change that to 100 million so I can hire Shep Smith, Lester Holt, and Linda Vester? Oh and I can't forget Uma Pemaraju.

I watched Uma Permaraju often, during here time at WBZ-TV 4 Boston (was NBC at the time, has been CBS for several years), then I believe she went to a local affiliate in New York City. Her bio on Fox News Channel's website said she was in various cities in the northeast.

Disregarding politics, I really like the Fox News Channel crews style. :)

I do happen to like several of FOX's anchors incredibly well which I think is half the reason they are so popular. If you've got talent the viewers will follow in most instances. That is not to say that MSNBC and CNN don't have talent... I like Lester Holt, Chris Jansing, Anderson Cooper, Ashleigh Banfield, etc.

Well, I'd be doing what I am now, environmental impact studies, enviro assessments and a small, commercial landscape maintenance business. I'd LOVE to drop the landscape business and just do enviro studies full time......they're fun, you work WAY out in the boonies, no one around, just the dogs, Ma Nature!

I'd buy a minibus or large van, hire a seasoned storm chaser, and start a storm chasing tour business. I'd probably be on every tour!

Open a fun bar here in Galveston like the one I went to in New Orleans. For the life of me, I can't remember the name of the place. I just remember being dragged into all sorts of places while I was down there last summer. It's not the Cat's Meow, which I clearly remember as a karaoke place on a corner down on Bourbon Street. But it was sort of like it, mixed with a little Coyote Ugly (which, yes I know, that's another bar in NOLA). Anyway, this place had a big stage inside where the DJ, one of the waitresses, and some other dude used to jam to the songs (mostly 80's and early 90's) that they played. They'd dance around and sing and ad-lib lyrics. There were tables throughout the place and the bar ran the length of the right side of the club. Then there was a hallway to the right of the stage that led back to another bar in the back (quieter area).

They need a fun place like that here. Plus, all designated drivers would get free soft drinks or water. That's was the rule at Cat's Meow, even though I don't know how in the world a person could drive anywhere in the French Quarter. :)

Oh yeah...and I keep a hefty supply of Mardi Gras beads. :)

That is a neat idea, too. Just a tip though... you could just hang around me wherever I go. Tornadoes seem to follow me.

I would like to open a Motorcycle parts shop, much like an AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts, but catering to Motorcycles. I often scratch my head and wonder...where are they??????
