If you could elect.....

#1 Postby stormchazer » Mon Dec 29, 2003 10:43 pm

Okay...I am feeling odd this evening and looking for creativity from the fine members at S2K so here it is.

If you could elect the President of S2K, who would it be and why?

I want the who and why? Thanks for all who respond!

Bill, was that staff or staph? :shocked!:

I think that the authority should be decentralized.
We have some of the positions taken above.
Here's some more:

Marshall: Department of fisheries in the mornings and military advisor in the afternoons.
Annette: Department of health
Jacki-Lynne: Department of commerce
Luis: Director - Mission to Puerto Rico
Dennis: Director of Public Safety and chief bouncer
Azskyman: Ethics and Spiritual Guidance Czar
Stormsfury: Lead Guitarist and minister of bikini contests
GDuck: Information Minister
King of Weather: King of Weather
Tropicalweatherwatcher: Ambassador to Austrailia
Paolo: Minority Whip
Southerngale: Majority Whip

OK I won't take all the names. Anyone else?

Well for now I have one S2K member that has the merits to be in that position and that is Beer980 for director of the CIA.

Okay. Here are the Constitutional Requirements.

-Obviously the President can be either male or female.
-Must have at least 500 post
-Must be Conservative (just kidding)Both political persuasions are welcome.
-Must be an inhabitant of the planet earth. Sorry, no ETs.
-Must learn and be able to recite the "Spongebob" theme song.

Thanks for playing!!

Without a doubt, Azskyman......his ability for expressing himself, defussing problems, leading us in the right direction, well....nuff said.

As for the rest, I'd have to go with Eds picks!

Well... I am not good at putting down just one person for any answer so here goes...

PRESIDENT: Male --> Azskyman (what a rock solid individual)
Female --> Lindaloo (knowledgable, not afraid to stand her ground, and personable)

V.P.: for Azskyman ---> Vbhoutex (would be the perfect compliment to Poppsky's presidency)

for Lindaloo ---> Azsnowman (again...another good pairing... he's got the umph)

Majority Leader ---> Chad ( he is very passionate about his beliefs and would be a good leader for the masses)

Minority Leader ---> Myself ( maybe I am slightly egotistical for putting myself in this catagory... I don't think I am really the opposite party, but I think I want someone in this position that could reach across the aisle when needed to get the job done UNLIKE Paolo.)

Sec. of State: GalvestonDuck (seems to have a very good skill at being a mediator and could talk to anyone)

Sec. of Defense: Streetsoldier ( who else could I put here... he has it all together)

Sec. of Homeland Security: BEER980 (the reason is obvious)

Sec. of Education: Sunnyday (the experience is there)

Ambassador to Australia: Mark
Ambassador to Ireland: Jacki (she wants to see the world... plus she could open up her own pub)

There are so many more positions I could fill!!! I love topics like these. :)

That would fall under Health and Human Services...or, perhaps Education.

I could see coriolis in the esteemed office of Secretary of Commerce.
