I like the idea of a MOTY. And I think everyone should be eligible, including those that have won MOTM.

It's a good thing. If you do it, I'll donate a 2004 Weather Guide calendar to the winner! A good friend of mine in Colorado puts those out every year...they are GREAT for weather lovers.

I get one of those every year for a Christmas gift and this year instead of the upright desk calendar edition they have a NEW Weather Weekly Engagement Calendar that even comes with a fold-out HIGH/LOW temperature graph map that you can record your daily readings! :D I bought one of those, also. :)
