ImageFor areas in green as well as the dark blue...flooding could be a concern, and those in the dark blue will have light snow to contend with on the backside...those in the pink, your main problem is going to be ice....snow may be a problem for you on the back side as well...finally, in the light blue, it will be all snow...some may see heavy accumulations......comments and questions welcomed and in fact encouraged...

Is there any potential for your pcpn bands to be adjusted farther south? We may have an arctic airmass sinking south over time.

Yeah, everyone gets an arctic mass except us. Perhaps we could have just an arctic lump or something...come on we folks down south need something to kill or skeeters.

LOL.. For real.. Is that too much to ask?? Its been warm for so long now that they have had time to infest again.. lol.. Its January, cut us some slack :lol:

Your area through Central Indiana is not a mix changing to rain???? it should be rain changing to ice!

Yeah, didn't quite notice that. Plus, the pcpn will be going over to frozen due to the overall push of colder advection into the FA.

I would adjust the rain farther west and everything just slightly farther south IMHO. Otherwise looks good...
