Will Nicholas be upgraded to a hurricane?

Well now that the final reports of tropical storm Ana and hurricane Isabel are finnally out what do you think about the report for Nicholas?Will it be upgraded to a hurricane or it will be all the way a tropical storm? I say it will be tropical storm Nicholas all the way although in a short period nick tried to be a hurricane and came very close to do so but let's wait for the report..

It's hard to say, each storm may have adjustments.

There's a very small chance IMO. I'd say it would peak out at 70 M.P.H. There was never even an eye. You never know, though. Peter has a better chance of becoming a hurricane.

A CDO was visible Hink. For Peter, the NHC mentioned it like they mention Claudette possibly becoming a cane on the 10th of July, which it did.
