Ah, but have you all forgotten Martin Sheen, as a California mayor, declaring his city "homeless-friendly"...then, when 50-plus such people camped out on HIS opulently spacious lawn, he had them arrested?
"Commitment", my @$$.
BTW, I am an unabashed conservative...but I always find some way to see that less fortunate people are fed.
"For I was naked, and you clothed Me; hungry, and you gave Me to eat; thirsty, and you gave Me drink: sick, or imprisoned, and you visited Me."
"Lord, when did I ever see Thee naked, or hungry, or thirsty, or sick?"
"Amen, amen I say unto thee; whatever ye have done unto the least of these, MY brethren, ye have also done unto Me."
And that includes Iranians, Iraqis, or any people we can assist.

I guess they pretty much said what we expected. But, there are times when you lay all differences aside, like helping people in need. Which only proves to me that they are indeed part of the "Axis of Evil"
The United States has always been the first to the rescue to help people in need regardless of whether or not they are on our Axis of Evil list. Alot of people seem to be forgetting that here.
