Interesting terrorist alert

#1 Postby BEER980 » Sun Jan 04, 2004 10:36 am

"WorldThreats.com has learned from an Israeli source in this exclusive report that terrorist 'chatter' has indicated possible preparations for the installation of a bomb in the heart of a dead body, that would be transported on an airliner. The bomb would, according to the 'chatter', look like a pacemaker. Target, timing unknown."

I agree with stormraiser. Who would think to screen a dead body for explosives? :o

I have to hand it to them if it is true. I bet you could pack enough in there and split a plane in half mid flight.

It's not possible. It would be found in security screening of the cargo.

Not to mention-there would be blood all over the place from surgery on the dead person-which should look suspicious imho

They are learning...from seeing two men freeze to death trying to get a free ride in the wheel wells of commercial air traffic. These guys may well have BEEN Al Qaida testing this method.

It's simple...they get some fanatic to let them kill him (Al Qaida operatives are infamous for being willing to die), plant the explosives within the carcass, and wait for the pre-timed or electronically-triggered explosion.

Bill, I had been thinking the same thing after reading this topic earlier this afternoon...those guys who were found in airliner wheel wells.

I would bet you could remove some intestine to make room for some C4 and a altitude detenator. It could be done a week in advance to give him time to heal up some.

The security of those airlines needs to be examined  I just thought all cargo was screened and it was safe but a human bomb as a stowaway is very troubling :-?
