HETA IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 165NM S OF PAGO PAGO, AM. SAMOA, AND IS MOVING SSE AT 17MPH. HETA HAD PEAKED AND IS FORECAST TO WEAKEN AS IT ENCOUTERS INCREASING VERTICAL WIND SHEAR AND TRANSITIONS INTO AN EXTRATROPICAL SYSTEM.
