NEWS FLASH...Britney's signature usually doesn't look even THAT good; I've seen samples of it before (thanks to coppertop).

Well, Helen....this "incident" should serve as "proof positive" that gaining legal age doesn't magicallly impart judgement, maturity or common sense.

I read that she posed topless, not toally nude, but what's the difference?
It's all cheap! She did it to promote some album, and the article said the Madonna gross out kiss was for the same reason. Looks like she will do anything for the money.

The info I'm talking about is in Josephine's article on the topic, the first one on the first page of this discussion.

Rainband, do you really think Britney is a nice person? I feel that nice people don't pose topless or kiss other women on the lips...... Or, if that is considered nice, it is also cheap..

I meant she is a nice person at heart. I am sure she is influenced by her fame and subsequent power. As for the kiss thats between her and the person she kissed..probably done for attention. However I am gay so I don't feel two women can't kiss  I do feel that "cheap" is probably not appropriate to describe Ms. spears.. bad taste maybe but cheap?? Nope

I like your choice of words better than mine. Her behavior is in bad taste.

TOP 12 THINGS OVERHEARD AT BRITNEY SPEARS WEDDING...

12. "There's a guy who desperately wants to get 'in the zone,' if you know what I mean."

11. "Man, that actor from 'Seinfeld' looks a lot different in person."

10. "Not quite a bride, not yet a divorcee."

9. "Dude, you're marrying her on the first date? Whipped!!!"

8. "Britney, you strip your clothes off after the ceremony. Not during."

7. "I, Britney, take you Justin ..." "Psst. Baby, it's Jason."

6. "How does it go? Liquor before beer, you're in the clear. Brews before a shot, you'll be tying the knot."

5. "I ran into Pete Rose at the sports book, and he bet me I wouldn't go through with it."

4. "Don't you think she's taking this rivalry with Jessica Simpson a little too far?"

3. "Really, back home in Louisiana it's not at all unusual for the bride to wear torn jeans and a baseball cap."

2. "Dude, you're breaking up ... listen, I just married Britney Spears ... no, I haven't been eating contaminated beef."

1. "Oh, boy, this is awkward. Can somebody please tell Madonna to take off the groom's tux?"

Time to let it out about Britney.

As an adult, I am afforded the priviledge of making my own decisions, and being responsible for those decisions. (unlike our under 18's). I personally find Britney to be incredibly sexy, a source for endless fantasies. However....her influence over the younger generation, and make no mistake about it, this is her target audience, worries me to know end.

Take a stroll through any mall in America and you will see "somebodys" daughter, perhaps all of 13 or 14, showing more skin, espousing more sexuality, entertaining the lurid stares of males her own age, and decades older. Any view from the backside is generally greeted with a full view of upper butt framed by the thinnest of g-strings. Breasts are barely covered, or loosely covered. They are a walking talking rape bait candidate.

All well and good for the adult models posing in mens magazines, or the girls dancing at the local strip clubs,....BUT c'mon! These are young, very young girls, and they are this way because they want to look like their role models. No...not their Mom's......we are talking Britneys of the world.

Britneys of the world will speak with forked tongues, sending mixed messages to the flock that blindly follows them. In one breath, they speak of the virtues of virginity, in the other breath, they make sure they are lusted for. Britney made a mockery out of marriage, and her flock will laugh about this, and say..."Hey...it's just Britney people....she's cool, and can do no wrong, so get off her naked back." She will kiss women on stage, grind her body parts against any willing male or female in dance routines, and God only knows what the future holds in store. If "this" is where she is at now...where will she be in 5 years? Do you think her core audience will shift just because she is no longer a teen, but a young woman?

Anyway...like I said...I enjoy the visual treat that Britney so publicly offers. Unfortunately, she reaches a much wider audience than this old man, and herin lies the problem.

We have billboards lining the highways in SC advertising the various strip clubs. Her pretty face would fit in very nicely alongside any of these girls.
