also, nader is not running this year. with some conseratives going libertarian, bush can easily lose. remember, if the nader votes had went to gore, gore would be pres today
If the polls mean nothing then why the heck do they even have them? Makes no sense. Which Republicans are jumping to libertarian?

they already are, look at the libertarian vote last election, without nader this time, bush may be in trouble. also, more conservatives are upset over immigration and runaway spending.
also, the media wants a close election. if dean wins they have nothing to talk about. they will make it seem dean lost no matter how well he does in iowa and nh

no, i mean the media will play up whoever comes in second to dean, so they will have something to talk about as far as the dem nomination is concerned. thats why all these stories are suddenly coming out about how close the dem race has become.

howard dean and george bush are BOTH equally embarrassing. this is the united states of america...the greatest nation EVER on the face of the earth to date. and in chosing our leaders...we can do MUCH better than george --- i cant speak a word in the english language correctly without making a complete ass out of myself ---- bush ....or howard ---- I cant function correctly without arguing ---- Dean.

i cant speak a word in the english language correctly without making a complete ass out of myself ---- bush.... you must be a very troubled man ....that statement was completely and totally rediculous, not to mention anti american...and this coming from a man that just a sentence or two earlier declares the US to be the greatest Nation EVER...blah blah blah
you must be a complete blind person to not realize that. George bush is the about three things ----
1) MONEY
2) POWER
3) GREED
oh wait and i cant forget oil either.
so then i guess whatyour trying to assert (and very poorly at that) is everyone who has a political stance similar to mine is anti-american because we dont like george bush.

Nothing Anti-American about that IMO. Just because people do not share your opinions, J, do not make them anti-American. But please, explain exactly what is Anti-American about that statement. And what is so ridiculous about it, his remarks are public knowledge that he is not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to speeches. Either he needs to fire his speech writer, or learn to read the speeches that are written for him.

I'll be the first to admit I have a quick temper when I read or hear statements that are inflamatory toward our President. I for one am grateful that this man has been in the White House the last 3 years. I shudder to think where we might be without a strong National defense, and a strong resolve to fight terrorism at every level.
Sorry but I'm not ashamed to back our President, and I call it like I see it.
