LOL! That must be how I learned. I ought to invest in a bigger box. I still can't figure out fuschia, thistle, cornflower, periwinkle, teal, and raw umber. Worse yet, I don't know the difference between salmon, coral, and peach or oatmeal, almond, and beige. :o

How do you think us men feel? LOL

I don't know about it being a color, but it is a flavor of Jelly Belly. You can tell by its looks before you even taste the flavor. It's sort of a white bean that looks kind of buttery -- sort of an orange-to-yellow color. (How's that for staying on-topic? ).

Personally I think it needs to remain at the higher level till after the next really big event where almost 100,000 people will be gathered at one place, the Superbowl, which is being played here in Houston at Reliant Stadium. That image on the arab website or whatever it was has really stuck with me since it was shown here. Even though the chatter has decreased and nothing happened at other oppurtune times I just hope the security is not lowered. The Houston Chronicle published a report today about glaring security lapses at both of our airports. right now I just don't think we can be careful enough or vigilant enough. Call It a gut feeling or what ever you want. And no I am not living my life scared. I go about my daily business as always. JMHO.

I definitely agree with you David!! I believe it needs to remain high until after the Super Bowl. I am also watching the stock markets closely.

I do not agree with this decision by DHS unless they have some good intel that points to it. It sounds like an economic decision unless they are trying to flush someone out. I guess I will be stocking up on some extra ammo on Saturday.

7.62 X 39R is cheaper by the case...1300 rounds in a wooden case, boxed (20 per box, w/stripper clip).

As many others have indicated (not necessarily in this thread) make the threat increase only for those areas in greater than typical danger ( I know, no place is safe). Don't raise the threat level to REd for Billings, MT for example, just do it for the areas that are of most concerned.
