Bahahahahahahaha!!! especially at the reference to West Virginia!
As much as I talk down about KY (mostly because of eastern KY), I gotta tell ya -- in the ER, we used to talk about how KY ranked so low in education and so high in teen pregnancy rates. But it was never #50 or #1. Why? The answer was always, "Thank God for West Virginia!"

I hope you feel even better Jacki
I heard you weren't feeling well. I hope you feel even better soon Jacki. I've got a small cold myself. The cold weather is just nuts here. It's 13 at midnight without snow cover with a minus 5 wind chill.

When, and/or where else can they get a chance to drink themselves silly, the girls flashing their **** and being rewarded with worthless, but pretty strings of beads...and all on TV, too?
Yeah, but they can still drink themselves silly from Ash Wednesday until Easter and beyond. The whole point of Catholics doing it is to get it all out of our system so we can abstain for 40 days (actually it's longer than 40 because Sundays don't count).
Honestly, from what I've seen here during Beach Party, Spring Breaks, St. Patty's Day, and other various Galveston festivals, as well as what I saw in NOLA last summer (not during MG), it seems anyone can drink themselves silly, watch you-know-what being flashed, and catch beads almost all year long.
