Also in Puerto Rico considering that is located in the tropics has been very cool lately.This morning low was 50*F at a town at central PR.

This mornings low 1/10/04 was 54*F at 6:03 AM AST.

I guess that in many places the low temps in the US were below the 20's and here in Puerto Rico it has been cool at the early morning hours in past days.

It's a pleasure to report a low of 4 degrees above zero for Woodbridge, Virginia this morning. Our high was only 19 degrees.
