One more thing.... if you want to turn off the Microsoft update.. you have not done it yet.. For users that run WINME or older click on Run and type in msconfig
for WIN2000 and XP HOME NOT PRO you have to D/l this and just put it on your c drive. Here is the link http://www.thetechguide.com/downloads/msconfig.zip

Once its open do this
click on the services tab scroll to the bottom of the window and you will see automatic updates.
Remove the check and then apply
It will ask you to restart or close without restart.
Restart and it will be off.

so shouldn't it pick it up then?
