stormsfury or fellow carolinians..question on upcoming storm

any potential for winter weather here over the weekend and if so opinions on it? Personally I think it could be a close call for myself, located in hickory,nc...

Currently, the ETA and GFS do NOT indicate any damming high pressure signature to lock in the cold air, however, I'm still having SOME doubts as to the validity of that, and the aggressiveness to scour out low-level cold and dry air ...

Unfortunately, the 12z CMC doesn't indicate any high either.

and the UKMET also doesn't have a high pressure in a good position for CAD ...

This is not looking like a good setup for wintry weather at this time (aside on the onset of maybe some IP mixed, before changing to all rain.
