Bats Left, Throws left, writes left, uses mouse in left hand.

Married a lefty also and 3/4 kids are right handed.

I fire a rifle with my right hand on the trigger. Don't know if that's left or right handed. (anyone ?) But I have to do it that way because I only have vision in my right eye.

Isobar (Donna) started a thread on this several months ago. I did a couple searches on it and couldn't find it.

I am mainly right handed, but can play solitaire and eat with both. So, at least in a sort of a way, I am ambidextrous.

Wow Tom, you have an amazing memory. I have no recollection of that thread at all, but it sounds like something I'd do.
I bet it would make interesting stat for your collection. I probably said that in that other thread too. De ja vu!

We definitely need more LEFTIES around here, so here I am!!!

Ed and Brian, looks like we are going to have to band together and proudly represent our purebreed character here on this fine weather board. No "bi's" in this club! :D

L-E-F-T-Y !! (not too many of us here.....stats say 10% of population are left-handed!)

I admit it....us lefties usually think different than you righties! Our whole lives have been challenged by growing up in a right-handed world. Think about it.......telephones, automobiles, toilets, scissors, hand can-openers, etc., etc., etc.! Righties easily pull their letters across the paper when writing.....us lefties have to PUSH ours! (we leave nice big smears across the paper....and those binders HURT!) Oh the sacrifices we've had to make trying to do things YOUR way!!

We are survivors!! We all learned early on to figure new ways to do "normal" things because few accomodations are made.....but we're stronger for it! Most of us are very artistic...and fantastic at problem solving!! nowdays, some consider it a learning disability!

I remember hearing once that everyone started out left-handed.....until they committed their first sin!!..........p

I'm a righty. I've also heard that left handed people are very artistic. I sometimes eat with my left hand!!!!! Does that count????

Um, how do I want to answer this question......
Ambidextrious! very! I write with both hands extremely well, eat left handed, but bowl right handed. I sign checks with right though....left cursive is becoming much better.

I had a teacher in public elementary school that hated lefties... (she retired after our class).... anyways, she would smack my knuckles with a ruler if I ever picked up a pen or pencil with my left hand. I wrote lefty in other classes, but wrote righty in her class. Originally, I was lefty, but had to become ambedixtrous extremely fast.

Thank you, Donna. You did indeed say it would make an interesting stat. :D

It was probably more like a few months ago, rather than several.
